Day of Coordination
We begin working with you 6-8 weeks prior to your Wedding Day. This is for couples who want to plan their wedding, but be able to sit back and enjoy the actual day. This is tailored to relieve any responsibilities and stress from not only the Bride and Groom but their families as well. Package includes:
Unlimited email and phone communication
1 Venue walkthrough
Join in on final calls with vendors
Create a detailed wedding timeline packet
1 Hour of rehearsal
Set up all personal decor
Serve as point of contact
Greet guests
Line up the bridal party
Direct guests to cocktail hour
Have appetizer & drinks ready for B&G
Communicate with DJ events of the night
Dismiss tables for dinner-if needed

This package is for couples who need a little more hands-on guidance for their wedding when all the small details seem too overwhelming. We help you organize and finalize your look, create your timeline, and coordinate on your wedding day. Package includes:

3 design meetings
